There will be also rain at this season. From the middle of November to April, the weather is dryer and cold swarms the islands in December. The water temperature is relatively colder than you would expect in Europe.

The visibility can be very good in December to April; you can dive to a maximum 200 feet deep with clear view. It comes down under 100 feet during monsoon as expected.
